The SAFE-PN tool aims to assess the ability of professionals and students in the field of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences to detect errors deliberately made during the preparation of parenteral nutrition using either a manual or semi-automatic method. The proposed exercise allows the viewing of a simulation in asynchronous video format, increasing the accessibility of the assessment, anywhere, by any professional.
Participating in this survey does not imply any costs, nor does it involve sharing personal data. Any data provided by participants may be used for research and scientific dissemination purposes, but always in aggregated form. The anwsers of participants may be disseminated within the scientific community but as a group, never individual responses. No personal information or data about participants will be disclosed.
Feedback on this survey will be sent exclusively to the email address provided by the participant. Access to the submissions will be limited to the four researchers involved (Ângelo Jesus, Fernando Moreira, Mariana Nascimento, and Sofia Vieira). The researchers attest, under oath, that they will not share the data they have access to with third parties. Participation is subject to informed consent.
